Christmas Eve Bash at the Higleys

Every year my Mom and Dad have a family Christmas Eve party. We get together in the evening, have dinner, hold a talent show, and then open gifts from Grandma & Grandpa. At a usual Christmas Eve gathering it is pretty crowded. I have 4 sisters and a brother, all married, and all of them have children... so it can get crowded in every room of the house. This year my sister Heather, who lives in Washington, and my brother Todd, who lives in South Dakota, didn't come down. We definately missed them - but being 10 less people kind of made a little more room! But we missed you.

Luckily Grandma didn't buy him a barbie doll, instead it was a transformer or something... along with pajamas, life-savers, a bakugan, and of course peanut butter cups. He made a haul!

My present was a new purse... it is very, VERY cute. It has just a little bling, and it's big enough to pack a couple of diapers and wipes in and still have extra room! Love it!

We had another great Christmas Eve with Grandma & Grandpa Higley! Can't wait for next year! Thanks to my Mom and Dad for all the hard work (and money) they put into everything! We are very blessed to have such great grandparents for our kids!
