Nursing School = No Life

Nursing school is a little over whelming to say the least. Each week I think it will get better, but it doesn't and in some cases it get's worse... the work load anyways. I enjoy what I'm learning about, howerver, there are only so many hours in the day and I just don't seem to have enough of them... Oh well.

Dallon started third grade this year. He has Mrs. Boothe for his teacher. She was teaching there when I went to school (quite some time ago). I can't believe that there are so many original teachers at Farr West Elementary, I guess that is a good sign that it is a really good school. Dallon really seems to like her, so that is always a plus with Dallon. As for Dallon's vitiligo issue, we went to the doctor and apparently there is nothing you can do for it. If it continues to spread across his body he could become an albino - great. But for the time being, Dallon thinks it is pretty cool because it is the same disease that Michael Jackson had. Apparently Michael Jackson is cool again in the elementary school. Great. :)

Oakley can't wait to go to school. She is constantly telling everyone that she is going to school "tonight". In fact, her and Phoenix argue almost every day about this. They are driving me crazy. :) Oakley is getting so big, she isn't a baby anymore, it's kind of sad. But a good thing as well. I am thinking of signing her up for dance classes, she LOVES to dance. So any ideas about where to take her would be appreciated it.

Ryan heads back up to Alaska in a little bit for his next rotation. I think he is ready to get away from the crazy Miller house for a bit. (How would it be to get away!!! JK) It started snowing the day he left up there, so hopefully there isn't too much snow up and he will be able to fly in ok. He managed to get in contact with great uncle that lives in Anchorage and they have taken him right in - it's very comforting to know that he has family somewhat close to where he is at. Especially since he always seems to have a long lay-over in Anchorage before flying out to Deadhorse.

Well that's our family in a nutshell. I have no pictures. I haven't taken any since Ryan has been home... I'll make sure I get some before he leaves and post them. :)
