This was my birthday cake that my kids (and husband, of course) got for me.

A mint chocolate chip ice cream cake from Baskin Robins! So yummy!!!
Mmmmm... it was so VERY GOOD!!!

(P.S. Anyone who knows how they make their frosting... I would like to know their secret!)

Ok...I seriously miss Baskin Robbins cakes. I don't know if you knew I worked there all through high school...but these are the best!! However, my favorite was pralines and cream on top of chocolate cake...mmmmmmm
Oh, and the frosting comes in a frozen tub like the ice cream, so I don't know how they make it either...but it is yummy....
Good choice of cake. Ice cream is my love, and beats out cake any day! I will let you in on a secret...that's one of the driving forces of my choice for heading up to USU: Aggie Ice Cream! Delish!
